We invite you to enjoy our afternoon teas by the old fireplace, in our recently opened tea-room, where you can hear a selection of outstanding classical music.

Our afternoon “tea time” provides guests with an opportunity to try the following specialist products:

• 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia: a mild, fruity, highly aromatic coffee .

• Tea from Harrods Ltd. of London.

• Special tisanes from Italy, purchased in Florence at one of the oldest pharmacies in the world: the Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella . These exclusive tisanes are made from plants grown with natural methods .

• Our own tisane home-made from aromatic herbs from the garden of Casa del Faro (“lighthouse cottage”) in Hondarribia: sage, mint, lemon verbena and lemon balm.

• An assortment of jams made with organically-grown fruit from the Prince of Wales’ Duchy Home Farm.

• Cakes and tarts from Pastelería Brasil, a cake shop run by Koldo Salina, who is an honorary member of the French Brotherhood of Chocolate-makers and has won prizes in Roanne, Auxerre, Mont de Marsan and Annecy.

• Chocolates from Saint Gerons of Mendaro, which has been making chocolate since 1850 to traditional recipes, giving our guests the chance to taste the full intensity of real home-made chocolate.

Our 24-hour bar service means that you can also enjoy a drink in the lounge or even in your room at any time.
